Riccardo Bouehi is an elite-level rower and coach with more than 15 years of experience, spanning youth development, elite racing, and international competition.

Growing up in Italy, he built a reputation for exceptional endurance and technical precision, earning a national Concept2 marathon record, securing multiple international medals, and coming within reach of Olympic qualification.

Now based in the United States as a graduate student, Riccardo is focused on developing faster, more autonomous, and more resilient crews by integrating sports science, clear communication, and modern coaching methodology.

On and off the water, Riccardo is driven by a commitment to push limits, challenge assumptions, and help athletes reach levels they never believed possible.
